Registered photographic post card of 'writer in formal dress, Yunnan' addressed to Paris bearing French China SG 32, 5c green and SG 57, 25c blue mixed with French Indo-China SG 33, 5c green tied by Mong-Tseu-Chine double ring '12th Dec 07' with framed hand-struck 'R' and endorsed 'Recommandee', routed via Laokay/ Tonkin '16th Dec' and Haiphong'18/12'.
Very scarce usage paying the ten cent postcard rate and twenty five cents for registration fee.
