Picture post card of 'Chinese Shoemaker' addressed to England bearing Chinese Imperial Post SG 123, 2c red (pair) tied by Imperial Post Shanghai date stamp, endorsed 'French Mail' with hand-struck instructional 'TOO LATE', routed via the British Post Office with Shanghai/ B.P.O. on face.
Very nice item with rare 'Too Late' hand-stamp the card being late for the French Mail service.
