Delegation, 97 Yuen Ming Road, Shanghai, China' cancelled by large circular 'British Red Cross And St. John War Organisation' with framed 'Crown/ Passed/ PW/ 6780', routed via Geneve with 'Comite International de la Croix Rouge/ Geneve' in carmine on face.

The International Red Cross had delegates in Hong Kong, Yokohama and Mr Egle in Shanghai. The main office being 97 Yuen Ming Yuen Road. When mail arrived in Shanghai it was forwarded on to the International Red Cross Committee in Yokohama for distribution to the Camps.
