Envelope addressed to Germany written from 'Peking' dated '26th May 01' bearing Chinese Imperial Post SG 108, 1/2c brown (2) (uncancelled - invalid) with adjacent 'K.D. Feld - Poststation/ No 2' date stamp '26/4', endorsed 'Feldpostbrief' with framed 'S.B./ Ostas. Exped' in blue and Glessen arrival on reverse.

Lovely item from the German Detachment in the Boxer Campaign. The Imperial stamps being invalid for use from the German Brigade.
