Japan postal stationery card 1 1/2s grey-blue upgraded with Japanese Post Office SG 1a, 5c slate and SG 6a, 2a green tied by SHANGHAIKWAN/ I.J.P.O. date stamp '26th July 01', written from the '21st Infantry Regiment, China' with circular 'K.D. Feld-Poststation/ No 8' date stamp '27/7' on face, endorsed 'Feldpostcard' addressed to Germany.
Field Post Station No 7 used from Shanghaikuan from '27th Nov 1900 - 31st Aug 1901.'
