Stamp-less envelope written from 'carthagene dated 31st May 1869' addressed to France cancelled on reverse by 'carthagena' double arc 'Ju 1st' routed via London with boxed Anglo-French accountancy 'GB/1f60c', French entry cachet and Bordeaux receiver. Lovely item of mail from the British Post Office in Carthagena.
