Enquiry Office/ Bombay/ June 12' and framed 'Registered/ T.P.O. Enquiry Office BOMBAY/ No 44/ W. 13' on reverse with Indian Post Office Boushir arrival with hand-struck bilingual 'Recom'. A very fine and scarce item.
