B.C.M. 4' double ring date stamp on reverse '22nd Jul 1943' and 'Controle Telegraphique/ Commission A/ Afrique Equatoriale Francaise' double ring, circular '126' censor cachet and Brazzaville/ Moyen Congo arrival '31st July' on reverse.
