Registered Air Mail envelope endorsed 'On Active Service' addressed to Canada bearing Egypt Air Mail Yvert 9, 5m maroon and grey (on reverse), Yvert 12, 8m purple and grey (on reverse), Yvert 14, 10m lilac and brown, Yvert 15, 20m green and brown, Yvert 16, 30m indigo and brown with 10m violet and 30m green (2) tied by Alexandria date stamp '27th March 41' with matching registration label and hand-struck 'Registered' in violet, with framed 'From H.M. Ship/ Passed By Censor in carmine (signed and dated 27/3/41), circular 'Censorship Dept/ 77' on face and endorsed 'Via Karachi/ U,S,A, Trans - Pacific Airways--Los Angeles' with Karachi 'Passed By Examiner' label and Honolulu (Hawaii) transit 'May 1st' and San Francisco 'May 3' with Vancouver/ B.C. and Toronto Postal Station arrival May 6th' with large circular 'Tax/ 1D' on face.
