Registered Air Mail envelope written from the 'Delegation du Comite National Francais en Ethiopia' addressed to Dordogne, France 5g green, 10g claret, 20g blue, 50g violet and 65g bistre tied by bilingual Harar date stamp '9th April 45' with matching registration label, routed via Dire Daoua and Addis '16/4' with Egypt 'Censorship Egyptian' label tied by circular censor cachet with 'Postal Censor/ 58' and hand-struck 'A.V.2' in violet on face, endorsed 'Retour/ To Sender' with "N.B. Registered Letters are not admitted to France" and returned '23/5' on reverse.
