Envelope addressed to the Netherlands bearing Napoleon Yvert 16, 40c orange (imperf) and Yvert 22, 20c blue tied by '3325' in lozenge with adjacent Naomur date stamp, underpaid with boxed 'Affranchissement/Insuffisent' in red with framed 'PD' both erased in ink and boxed 'PD' replaced and Rotterdam arrival on reverse. Very attractive mixed franking of perf and imperf.
