Registered Air Mail envelope addressed to the Free French Forces (M.E.F.) bearing Yvert 141, 5c sepia, Yvert 144, 30c orange, Yvert 148, 1f50 red and Yvert 154, 20f green tied by Bangui/ Oubangui-Chari double ring with registered label and military cachet 'Bataillon de Tirailleurs de L' Oubangui/ Le Vaguemestre' and 'Controle Postal/ Commission A/ Afrique Equatoriale Francaise' double ring with censor tape and oval 'Ouvert/ L' Autorite Militaire' and 'Poste Aux Armees/ F.F.L./ B.C.M. 2' on reverse and forwarded to Base 4 and 5.
