Registered envelope addressed to Germany bearing Benin Yvert 37, 10c black/ blue and Yvert 39, 20c green/ red (pair) tied by Quidah/ Dahomey double ring '28th Nov 98' with hand-struck boxed 'R', endorsed 'via Klien Popo per "Woermann Dampfer", routed via Agoue and Grand Popo. Lovely item from this small French Colony.
The Woermann Line was a Hamburg Shipping Company in West Africa.
