Registered and Advice of Receipt envelope addressed to France bearing Congo Francaise Yvert 16, 10c black/ blue and Yvert 22, 50c rose tied by 'Brazzaville/ Congo-Francaise' double ring '7th Nov' with home-made hand-struck 'R' and framed 'A.R.' in blue on face with Paris arrival '13th Dec 98' on reverse.
