Registered 'Congo Francais' postal stationery envelope 15 cents blue upgraded with Yvert 13, 2c lilac, Yvert 21, 40c orange, Yvert 22, 50c rose and Yvert 25, 75c violet/ yellow tied by Libreville/ Cong Francaise double ring '3rd Oct 93' with framed hand-struck 'R' addressed to Belgium with octagonal French paqubot 'Loanga a Marseille/ L.M. No 1' date stamp on face, routed via Marseille with Bruxelles registration on reverse and circular postmans chop. Very attractive franking with fifty and seventy five cents scarce on cover.
