Air Mail envelope addressed to Batavia, Java bearing Indo-China SG 170, 3c brown and SG 207, 37c bronze tied by Saigon-Central date stamp '26/11/40' routed via Singapore with framed 'Passed by/Censor 150/ Singapore' and circular 'H' '19' censor hand-stamp with Batavia arrival '3/12' with 'Doo Gensuur Geopend' label and circular 'Dev./8' on face n carmine. Lovely item.
