French Indo-China. (Steamship Mail Along the Mekong River). 1904. Picture post card of 'Pirogues on the Mekong river, Laos' addressed to Paris, France bearing French Indo-China SG 24, 10c rose-red tied by 'Vapeur No 4/ Cochinchine' double ring '1st Oct 04' (Salles 2015), carried down the Mekong river by "Messageries Fluviales" to Pnom-Penh and Saigon then by steamer to France.
