Stamp-less envelope written from Galatz addressed to Constantinople cancelled by Galatz/ Moldavie date stamp '16th Oct 58' in blue with French Post Office Constantinople on reverse '20th Oct' and charged with hand-struck '10' tax on arrival. Scarce French Levant postmark. Very fine.
