Envelope addressed to Vendee bearing 'French Military' F.M. 1, 15c orange tied by Saigon Central/Cochinchine double ring '13th Juin 02' with circular '11th Regiment de D'Infantary et Marine/ Consuil D'Administration Central/ Cochinchine' in blue with Vendee arrival and forwarded to Paris. Very fine and scarce.
