Lovely item of mail with scarce censor wax seal applied in Penang. Only known numbers '2' and '8' and date recorded by 'Konrad Morenweiser' in 'British Empire Civil Censorship, British Asia' 22nd Dec 1939.'
The arrival date in the Dutch Indies confirms this censor seal is known earlier than listed by Morenweiser.
