Stamp-less folded letter written from Gibraltar dated '24th April 1848' addressed to Boston, endorsed 'Per "Constantine", routed via New York with circular 'New York Ship/ 7 Cts' in red on face. Nice item of Trans-Atlantic mail paying the Five cents incoming Ship Letter charge and two cents inland fee to Boston.
