Gold Coast postal stationery card 'halfpenny' green upgraded with SG 70, 1/2d green tied by Coomassie double ring 'Jul 8 1916' with m/s 'PC' on face, addressed to Switzerland and endorsed 'via Liverpool or Plymouth'. A scarce Provisional censor, rarely seen.
