Registered and Charged envelope addressed to France bearing SG 102, 3d rose pair (plate 6) tied by Bute Docks/D57 duplex routed via Cardiff with oval 'Registered/Cardiff' and oval 'Registered/London' and circle 'PD' with hand-struck 'charge' and framed accountancy on reverse with 'Postes Calais/Paris' wax seals in red (2). French entry cachet and Nantes arrival on reverse. Lovely item of Charged mail to France.
