Envelope written from 'Camp P/ c/o Chief Postal censor, Liverpool' addressed to 'Comite International de la Croix Rouge, 55 Pall Mall, London' bearing Great Britain SG 466, 2 1/2d blue tied by Liverpool double ring with boxed hexagon 'Letter Sent With/ Special Permission of/ Commander P Interment Camp' in green and signed with 'Opened by Examiner' label applied in Liverpool. Scarce item from Camp P not recorded by Whitney but believed to be from Pevril Camp.
