Registered illustrated Air Mail envelope addressed to London bearing Venezuela Yvert 230, 10c rose and Air Mail Yvert 136, 2b rose tied by Caracas date stamp '9th April 41' with registered label routed via New York with framed 'Crown/ Passed/ T. 191' censor cachet with 'Opened by Examiner 6824' label tied by 'War Office/ Postal Censor' wax seal in red. Very nice use of the Postal censor wax seal on incoming mail from South America. Only 18 wax seals recorded by Censor Group.
