Registered and Charged envelope addressed to France bearing SG 94, 4d vermilion pair (plate 8) tied by Swansea/ 763 duplex, routed via London with double oval 'Registered/ P D/ London' date stamp in red on face with hand-struck 'CHARGE' and framed accountancy on reverse with 'Postes Calais/ Paris' wax seals in red (2), French entry cachet and Nantes arrival on reverse. Beautiful item of Charged mail to France with very scarce double circle Registered. Exhibition item.
