Great Britain registered postal stationery envelope 'two pence' blue upgraded with SG 200, 2d green and scarlet and SG 207a, 5d purple and blue tied by oval Registered/ Liverpool St. date stamp '7th May 97' with framed instructional 'Late Fee 2d' in violet on face, addressed to Saigon, Indo-China with Saigon Central/ Cochinchine arrival on reverse '3rd Juin.' Very fine item paying of registered postal stationery paying the 2d Late Fee into French Indo-China.
