London' addressed to 'Monsieur Silvart, Directeur de la Revue "Belgica", Periodico de Los Belgas de America, Ayacucho 1507 - 20, Buenos-Aires' bearing Great Britain SG 475, 1s brown, SG 485, 1/2d pale green and SG 489, 2 1/2d pale ultramarine tied by London date stamp with boxed 'T' hand-stamp with 'Examined By Censor/ P & C.B.' (orange on white) label, endorsed '200' in blue crayon (Press and Censorship Bureau). Fine item of undercover mail addressed for the Free Belgian Forces fighting with the Allies.
