Registered and Charged envelope addressed to France bearing SG 66, 4d carmine and SG 72, 1s green tied by '194' numeral with adjacent Bristol date stamp 'Nov 6 1858', with hand-struck 'Charge' in black and an additional strike in red with framed accountancy on reverse with 'Postes/ Paris a Calais' wax seals in red (four) on reverse, routed via London with oval 'Registered/ London' and large hand-struck 'Crown/ Registered' in red on face, circular 'PD' and French entry cachet and Nantes arrival '10th Nov' on reverse.
