Illustrated Air Mail envelope from 'Hotel San Rafael, Mixco, Guatemala' addressed to Switzerland bearing Guatemala Yvert 304a, 1c olive and 5c on 20c carmine with Air Mail Yvert 44, 15c blue and carmine tied by Internacion roller with hand-struck instructional 'Affranchu Par Avion Jusqu'a/ New York' on face, intercepted by the British in Bermuda with 'Opened by Examiner/ 202' label blue on white with Zurich receiver. Superb item set Air Mail as far as New York with Bermuda censor tape.
