Registered envelope addressed to France bearing SG 83, 20c slate and chestnut tied by Canton/B date stamp (Webb Type Dv) with hand-struck 'R' in circle routed via Hong Kong with octagonal French paquebot 'Yokohama a Marseille L.N. No 8' date stamp on face sent on the steamer "Caledonien" with Lyon arrival on reverse. Very fine scarce single franking use of the KEV11 20c from Canton.
