Hong Kong. 1941. Registered Air Mail envelope addressed to the United States bearing SG 168, $1 blue and orange (Block of 4) tied by Registered G.P.O. Hong Kong double ring with matching registered label with boxed 'Not Opened by Censor' in violet and hand-struck 'L.R.' in violet on reverse, routed via Hawaii with Princeton arrival. Very fine. Mike Mead records three large type 'LR' between 2nd July 41-9 Sep 41.
