Great Britain postal stationery envelope 'halfpence' orange upgraded with 'Jubilee' SG 197, 1/2d orange and SG 232, 3d yellow/orange mixed with 'Revenue' SG F12, 1d lilac tied by Bury St. Edmonds date stamp 'Mr 9 93' addressed to 'General Post Office, Hong Kong, China', routed via Singapore on the 'S.S. "Sutlej" arriving in Hong Kong '9th April'.

Very attractive franking paying the 5 pence rate to Asia.

Revenue stamps were authorized for postal use on 1st June 1881.
