Envelope addressed to Sumatra, Netherlands Indies bearing India SG 171, 21/2p ultramarine tied by Bombay double ring '30th Mat 16' with circular 'Passed Censor/ Bombay/ 16' in violet on face and 'Opened by Censor' label on reverse tied by 'N.I. Post Agent/ Penang' transit on reverse and Medan receiver '12th April'. Very nice item of censored mail from India to the Netherlands Indies in WW1.
