Post office Singapore' transit '24/1' , underpaid with circular 'T' hand-stamp on face and bearing Netherlands East Indies postage due SG D103, 5c carmine and black and SG D107, 20c carmine and black tied by Bangil date stamp. Very nice item of underpaid mail from Aden to Netherlands East Indies.
