Envelope written from '90 Punjabis Royal Artillery Camp, May Myo' dated 'Jan 3rd 1905' addressed to England bearing 'Government of India' one anna purple fiscal 'not valid' with Maymyo dispatch '4 Ja 05' on reverse, circular 'T' and horseshoe 'Maymyo/Due/One anna' on face with Bath receiver and hand-struck '2d' arrival tax hand-stamp. Lovely item with four page letter describing the tranquil life in the British Hill Station.
