Civil Camp, Belgaum' in violet and signed by the Camp Commander, routed via Bombay with circular 'Passed Censor/ Bombay/ 36' on face and large 'Opened by Censor' label on reverse tied by Geneve '15th March 18' on reverse. Lovely quality cancel.
