(Netherlands Naval Control Service)' addressed to the 'Nederlandsche Department of the Marine, Batavia' bearing India SG 248, 1/2a brown, SG 255, 4a brown, SG 259, 1r brown and black and SG 261, 5r green and blue tied by Bombay double ring '1st Dec 41' with matching registration label with circular 'Netherlands Naval Control Service/ Bombay' in violet on face and 'Comsulate of the Netherlands Indies/ Bombay' red wax seal on reverse and triangular 'Passed By Censor/ C - 25' with framed 'Niet Door Censuur/ Geopend/ 85' in violet on face applied on arrival and Batavia Central receiver '19th Dec 41'.
A second wax seal has been removed from the right of the cover.
