Arun Chettiar, Singapore' dated 'September 20 1943' addressed to South India sent via Thailand with bold circular bilingual 'The Thai Red Cross Society' on face in red, routed via 'Comite Internationale de la Croix Rouge/ Geneve' with enquiry processed by the 'Delegation C.I.C.R./ La Cairo' and hand-stamped '24th Feb 1944' with fine 'Red Cross Patriotic Donation Fund/ Simla' label applied on face. (Label may have originally been on reverse).
