Registered envelope written from 'Kissenpoora, Meerut, N.W..P, India' addressed to St. Vincent bearing India SG 85, 1/2 anna blue-green, SG 89, 1a plum and SG 92, 2a blue (4) tied by Meerut City PY' squared circle date stamp 'Oc 10 94' with framed 'R/ Meerut City Ry Stn.' and hand-stamped 'Registered' in violet, routed via London with hooded London transit '29th Oct' and small St. Vincent arrival 'No 20' in black on reverse.
Stamps also tied by large oval firms chop in violet for security purposes.
