Registered Air Mail envelope addressed to New York bearing Iraq 15f blue, 40f bistre and 75f magenta tied by Bagdad As-Samawal double ring ring '25th Jun 41' with matching registration label and Iraq censor tape (black on orange-brown) tied by 'Postmaster Iraq' black wax seals (2) on reverse with circular 'General Censorship' cachet, endorsed 'via Durban' in orange crayon, routed via Basra '28th June' with New York/ Reg arrival '1st Aug' on reverse. Lovely item with Wax Seal censorship not listed by Little and Morenweiser in Middle East censorship.
