Registered 'All' Ufficio Postale (Au Bureau de Poste) envelope written from the 'Bank di Rome/ Bengasi' headed 'Amministrazone Delle Poste e Dei Telegrafi d' Italia' addressed to El Abiar (Cyenaica) bearing Libya 1l. 75 orange tied by Bengasi date stamp '13th June 40' with provisional registration label, containing receipt headed 'Amministrazone Delle Poste E Dei Telegrafi' bearing Libya 1l. 25 indigo and 1l. 75 orange tied by Bengasi dispatch with El Abiar arrival '14/6' with 'Urgente' label and three 'Ricevuta' (Received) del Vaglai (money order) labels with Bengasi dispatch '13/6' and El Abiar/ Cirenaica arrival '17th June.' A very attractive trio and scarce to find.
