Air Mail envelope written from the French Consulate in Jamaica with 'Agence Consuulaire de France/ La Jamaique' on face and reverse addressed to Port of Spain, Trinidad bearing Jamaica SG 121, 1/2d green (8) and SG 128, 6d purple and grey tied by Kingston date stamp 'Au 13' with 'Jamaica/ War Fund' label on face, underpaid with 'T/ 40' in m/s and bearing Trinidad postage due SG D21, 4d black applied and tied by Port of Spain arrival '15th Aug'. Very attractive item of underpaid mail in the Caribbean.
