Envelope addressed to 'The Commissioner, Cayman Island, Grand Cayman' bearing Jamaica SG 79, 1d orange and red tied by Yallahs date stamp 'Sep 1st', underpaid with 'T/ Centimes 10' duplex in violet, Georgetown receiver 'Nov 13' and bearing Cayman Islands SG 71, 1d carmine tied by circular 'T' hand-stamp on face. Very fine item of commercial mail paying the Cayman postage due.
Very rare as all postage due mail into the Cayman Islands is normally philatelic.
