Official Mail envelope headed 'On Her Majesty's Service' addressed to Kingston bearing "Official" SG 04, 1d rose tied by Montego Bay/ Jamaica date stamp 'Mar 18 95' with hand-struck 'UNCLAIMED' in orange, boxed 'ADVERTISED' and framed instructional 'Returned/ Letter Branch/ 24 Ap 95/ Jamaica' all on face and Kingston (2B) receiver 'Mr 19' on reverse and held at Kingston Post Office with 'Kingston (2G) dated 'Ap 22nd' adjacent.
The numbered series (2B) does not appear to be listed by Proud.
Lovely looking cover but repaired on bottom.
