Registered envelope addressed to the Netherlands East Indies bearing SG 171, 3s carmine (2) and SG 322, 10s deep red (strip of three) tied by Kobe/ Nippon date stamp with registered label and framed hand-struck 'Registered', endorsed 'Per S/S Havre Maru' with Singapore 'Passed by 29/ censor' hand-stamp in violet on face. Very fine.
