Registered envelope addressed to 'Comite International de la Croix Rouge, Geneve, Suisse' with boxed 'Franc De Port' hand-stamp in red on face with 'R/ Daihonei Nai/ No 414' registration provisional label and 'R/ Tokyo'/ No B - 4' label on face, hand-stamped 'Prisoner of War/ Huryozyohokyoku/ Tokyo' on reverse in violet with framed 'P.O.W.' violet cachet and Geneve receiver '25th Nov 42'.

A very rare item of Registered Red Cross Mail possibly containing Red Cross Message forms. Very few items have survived.
