Korea. (Russian Army Occupation). 1904. Picture post card of 'General Kuropattkin' bearing Korea 'Falcon' SG 50, 2m grey tied by Kieng-Hung/ Coree double ring '12th Mars 04' with adjacent second strike.
Nice item from the Russian Occupation in March 1904, only a few 'souvenir' postcards are known from Kieng-Hung dated '12th March.'
After the war Japan established a Postal Agency on March 31st, 1906.
