Picture post card of 'Bastilica, Cholon, addressed to 'The Supervisor of the Telegraph, Muong Ngoi, Upper Laos' bearing French Indo-China SG 33, 5c green tied by Cholon/Cochinchine double ring '24th Aout 06' routed via Saigon and up the Mekong with 'Bassac/Laos '31st Aout' and Luang-Prabang/Laos '1st Sept' on face. Very scarce item of mail into Upper Laos.
