Picture post card of 'Rice Mill, Cholon, addressed to 'The Supervisor of the Telegraph, Muong Ngoi, Upper Laos' bearing French Indo-China SG 33, 5c green tied by Cholon/Cochinchine double ring '2nd Jan 07' routed via Pnom-Penh/Cambodge '5th Jan' and up the Mekong with 'Kong/Laos '14/1' and Vien-Tiane/Laos '27th Jan' and Luang-Prabang '8th Feb' with receiver in Muongngoi '24th Feb' on reverse. Very rare item of mail into Upper Laos. Exhibition item.
